Good afternoon.

It's rare case when I write something in English, but this is important for our English-speaking clients. We implemented few changes in how we process payments.

1. The CS-BEST.org.ua official currency now is Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH, 980). All balances and prices are now calculated in this currency. We changed it due to different reasons, such as the war in Ukraine, disable of RUB payments by our partner Interkassa, sanctions of Visa, Mastercard and Swift against Russian banks, optimization of calculations (we avoid double conversion such as from RUB to UAH and then to other currency e.g. USD or crypto).

2. All users' balances were converted from RUB to UAH with bonuses.

3. The monthly VIP for game server price raised to 30 UAH (per 30 days) that is of course bigger then in RUB before, but still it's the lowest price on the market (currently about 1 USD or 1 EUR).

4. Payments from Russia are still accepted via Free-Kassa. In this case UAH is converted into RUB or other currency depending on the chosen destination. Please DO NOT TRY to pay via bank card using Free-Kassa unless you have no card issued by Russian bank, it will not be accepted. And opposite, if your card is issued in RU, you must choose Free-Kassa.

5. Ukrainian bank cards are accepted via Interkassa. As for all cards except issued in Ukraine, Russia and few other countries, sometimes we have troubles. Please choose Visa or Mastercard in USD.

4. Feel free to contact us if something goes wrong. If the problem is related to bank card, please mention which country is your bank from.
